We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to work with our Management Teams to capture leads, develop contacts ,and coordinate meetings to help propel our sales growth. If you enjoy meeting new people, you're a natural at making connections and you thrive as a team player, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

· Monitor, screen, and respond to phone calls, emails, and mail professionally.

· Must be a good listener and proficient in problem solving; offering solutions which benefit both the client and the hotel.

· Create and update files, proposals and contracts, invoices and estimates, process deposits and payments, group rooming lists and agendas, prepare daily event sheets and banquet event orders, welcome letters, thank you notes, and other correspondence as directed.

· Coordinate group and event requirements with all departments within the hotel as directed, maintaining a team-oriented attitude.

· Coordinate sales department task lists and schedules with the General Manager.

· Greet and assist hotel clients and guests.

· Perform hotel site inspections and property tours with current and prospective clients.

· Solicit and procure new group and transient room sales.

· Maintain a polished and professional appearance.

· Must be able to work individually and as a team.

· Work hours must be flexible to meet both event and group clients on weekends and weeknights if needed.

· Complete any other tasks or duties related to regular job function as assigned.
